I require your help regarding a problem I’m encountering.
I need a Lidar to inspect a flooded tunnel 4m diameter.
Using a modified BR2 ROV, so 12v and able to send signal 2Km
Any suggestions?

Welcome to the RobotShop community!
Well, since you are already using a BR2 ROV (such as [RB-Blue-28]) you may really want to consider BlueRobotics newest scanner (sonar based) Ping360 [RB-Blu-164]. It is meant for underwater use and should be easy to integrate in your current platform.
