When I open RIOS, I can not agree to the License Agreement. There is only a text box, which does not fit all of the agreement into the box. When I type my product ID, no letters appear in the dialog box, and hitting enter takes my back to the agreement. This happened when I loaded the software for the first time 2 years ago. (I’m re-installing due to a hard-drive crash.) Thanks!

this issue is corrected now,
if you are using the first RIOS for the ACS USBservo II card contact me at [email protected]
else if you are trying to install again RIOS for SSC-32 card, follow this steps :
1 : install your RIOS version with the CD (i think you have already done this eh?)
2 : don’t bother trying to enter the password for now
3 : go there : lynxmotion.com/Product.aspx?productID=419&CategoryID=15
and download the latest RIOS version (V1.04)
4 : right click on the downloaded file (rios104u.zip) and select “extract to here”
5 : double-click on the extracted “RIOS104U.exe” file and click “Unzip” (check if the default folder is correct “C:\Program Files\RIOS_SSC-32”)
now you should be able to see the licence agreement and enter the product key…
