Lexan question

I have a question: I bought a Tri-track and I designed some pieces to mount on top of the middle base. What kind of Lexan do I need to be able to get it laser cut? Most laser places say they won’t laser cut lexan because of the fumes or chlorine, and plexi/acrylic is too rigid and would end up cracking, so I’m assuming there’s an alternative variant that does allow it to be laser cut.

Thanks!

Take a look at g10-fr4 garolite. It’s a fiberglass composite. Not too expensive and it’s really tough, blows acrylic out of the water.
