I require your help regarding a problem I’m encountering.
Description: While setting up a LavvieBot S, I cannot complete the WiFi setup step. I get to the second step, where it’s asking me to click select to go to my phone’s WiFi settings and select a network, and when I come back it says it’s found a network, but then when I click on the next button, it doesn’t take me to the next step, it just remains stuck on that screen (the next button seems reactive when clicked on, it just doesn’t do anything).
Hardware concerned: LavvieBot S
Software concerned: PurrSong App (version 2.5)
Troubleshooting steps already taken: Because it’s only supposed to work with a 2.4GHz network, and because I have a Google WiFi setup with mesh network, I have disconnected all the mesh devices and I am quite far from the router, in order for my phone to default to 2.4GHz. It has not solved the issue.
