Lavviebot WiFi connection problems

Hi!

I require your help regarding a problem I’m encountering.

Description: Lavviebot won’t connect to WiFi, even if it’s a 2.4GHz and the password is correct

Hardware concerned: Lavviebot S

Software concerned: PurrSong

Troubleshooting steps already taken: separated 2.4GHz and 5GHz, tried with more than one smartphone, same problem
