Hi,
I have a problem with my Lavviebot, the seperator doesn’t work properly anymore. When the scooping is over, the seperator doesn’t return in the back, therefore not leaving enough Space for my cats to go in.
It almost looks Like if the motor is weak or it is needs an adjustment.
Anyone else had this issue?

Have you tried to calibrate the angle of the separator?
If not, please go through a self-calibration process as below :
*Download P.Manager on your mobile device and log in with the following account. Please note that they will be available only for 24HR after logging in.

Hi, thanks it did work. It does a cracking sound when it runs but at least it scoops peoperly and the seperator goes back in place.

That’s good news.
It would be good to locate where this cracking sound is coming from. Otherwise, separator can get stuck and break.
Is maybe separator touching the bottom of the litter tray when it is moving?
