The Lavviebot separator does not advance far enough forward to dump waste into the bin. Can the separator be adjusted to advance more forward to correct this issue? Or is the any recommendation to fix the problem. Thank you

Please go through a self-calibration process as below :
Download P.Manager on your mobile device and log in with the following account. Please note that they will be available only for 24HR after logging in.

Please make sure to delete the P.Manager App once you are finished with Self-Calibration.
