LavvieBot S won't turn on anymore

Hi!

This morning all control-LEDs of the LavvieBot were turned on, after a short while everything turned off - no more functionality whatsoever.

Hardware concerned: LavvieBot S

Software concerned: -

Troubleshooting steps already taken: The reset-button doesn’t work (obviously). The LED on the power-outlet is still on, pluggin it into a different outlet didn’t do anything, repluggin the power directly on the machine didn’t do anything - it just seems to be “dead”.

We are sorry to hear about the problem.

First, please make sure the adapter is correctly connected to a unit.

If that is OK, check if the pin (connecting adapter to a unit) is broken? See this image:

If pin is OK, press the SCOOP button for manual cleaning. Let us know if this functions.

Pressing the SCOOP (or any other button) doesn’t work, all of the LEDs are off:
