Lavviebot S stopped working with all status lights off

Hi!

I require your help regarding a problem I’m encountering.

Description: all the lights on my Lavviebot S are off, and it doesn’t respond to pressing buttons (e.g. reset, scoop, …).

Hardware concerned: Lavviebot S

Software concerned: N/A

Troubleshooting steps already taken: Disconnected from power, connected again, nothing changed. Pressed reset with no response.

Is green LED on power supply adapter ON when you plug your robot?

Yes, the green LED is on.

So there is a small pin in the middle? It is not broken?

If you try to shake a cable or a connector a little bit, does anything happens?

Yep, small pin inside, it’s not broken or anything. Nothing happens when I try to wiggle the connector/cable.

The unit was working fine, but I can’t tell exactly when it stopped working or why… It’s in a side room and I don’t check on it every single day.
