Hi!

I require your help regarding a problem I’m encountering.

My problem is the following. LAVVIEBOT S

The status of the machine is off.

This from the start. We connect the machine to the power supply, and no green light of the status.

Impossible to continue the installation on the application, because when we enter the machine, the status of the machine remains Off.

Help me, it’s urgent.
