Hi!

I require your help regarding a problem I’m encountering.

Hi. can I know if there’s any way to scoop remotely either through PurrSong App or any method? Thanks.

Hardware concerned:

lavviebot s

Software concerned:

PurrSong ver.0102

Troubleshooting steps already taken:

Tried to see any function in the PurrSong App but couldn’t find any

Additional information:

Anyway that allows me to “scoop” remotely is fine. Thanks.

Please provide us with your order number or a copy of the invoice.

The robot is supposed to clean automatically after each usage so please let us know if that’s not the case!
