Lavviebot S has stopped working and red status light is blinking

Hi!

I require your help regarding a problem I’m encountering.

Description: My lavviebot has stopped scooping and the status light is blinking red. None of the buttons work either so I can’t make it scoop with the command and can’t even press the separate button in order to take out the litter tray.

Troubleshooting steps already taken: tried the reset button and unplugged it and plugged it back in.

2- Serial number located beneath the litter cover.
3- Screenshot of the notifications page on the app.
