I require your help regarding a problem I’m encountering.
The blue status light on LavvieBot S does not turn off when the cat exits, so it doesn’t scoop.
Hardware concerned: LavvieBot S
Software concerned: n/a
Troubleshooting steps already taken: I don’t know any
Additional information: I just bought it the other day. This was the first use.

Did you try system reset?
Press and hold RESET button.
Does it change anything?

I would like to buy lavviebot to get rid of the bad lr3, but to learn that the maximum help for lavviebot in case of problems, is to advise to do a simple reset, leaves me very perplexed and doubtful, also considering the cost of about 900 dollars
i ended up emailing lavviebot’s customer service. they are really helpful and answer super fast. i absolutely love my lavviebot–its way better than the litter robot

Simple reset is always our first recommendation. It is what every customer can do and it can solve a lot of problem.
If it doesn’t solve the problem, we continue with more advanced troubleshooting.
If needed, we contact manufacturer for further instructions.
Also, you can always contact manufacturer, like @reneep124 did, and you should get good and fast reply.
i did not want to discredit, very well i am glad there is good email support, i believe i will buy lavviebot when it comes back
