Hi!
I require your help regarding a problem I’m encountering with my new lavviebot. I am finding that the separator is pushing the clumps to the back of the tray which I then have to move forward manually periodically so that it can be scooped which defeats the object of it being automatic. It would have been better of the separator was higher up or had more space between the spokes

Please provide us with your order number or a copy of the invoice.
Are the clumps going through the separator during cleaning or the separator isn’t positioned properly?
Can you provide us with a video from the side door so we can have a better idea of the cycle?

Hi. Here is the link to the video showing pressing the separator button once, then again and then the scoop button. As you can see, the seperator scoops the litter to the back of the tray
