I require your help regarding a problem I’m encountering.
My Lavviebot is not really scooping as much as it is spreading urine clumps (or breaking them up). I am using the recommended boxiecat litter and have changed the amount of time to wait scooping to longer. It just combs the litter and breaks up the clump instead of scooping it into the collection box.
What am I doing wrong?
