Lavviebot auto refill also if there is too much litter + hundreds of notifications the litter has been visited

Hi!

I require your help regarding a problem I’m encountering.

My Lovviebot is refilling also if the tray is full and I also received the message that there is too much litter in it.
And I also received hundreds of notifications tha Lovviebot has been visited… but it’s not true.

Could you please assist?
