Today, after a short power outage my Lavvie bot didn’t turn on. The LED on the power-outlet is on. I plugged in into a different outlet but didn’t work. It just seems to be dead.
Please, help me fix this.

Sorry to hear about the problem.
Do you have a chance to test voltage output of the power supply adapter with voltmeter or multimeter?
Or maybe test it on another device?
Also, try to unplug your robot for several hours. This can do a reset to a problem sometimes.

I have tested the power supply adapter on another device and it is working.
Also the robot was unplugged for about 5 hours and test it again just now. Still not turning on.

Can you check if maybe the plug on the back of the robot is missing a pin in the middle?
Here is how it looks like when the pin is missing:

If you press SEPARATE button on the machine, does separator move?
If you press and hold RESET button for several seconds do you see any movement or blinking lights?
No Igor. The robot does not turn on at all, so I can not press any button. It’s like it does not receive power.

Can you take a close photos of these two small PCBs on a distance sensor?
If these have some dirt or corrosion, it can often be the root cause for no power on the robot.

So most probably there is a defect on the main board.
Is your robot covered by warranty?
No, I have it since March 2021. Is it possible to buy a new main board?

OK. Would you like to send it to RobotShop for inspection and repair or you would like to buy parts from us and try to repair it?
I would like to buy parts and try to repair it (if you think it is doable) and maybe a new Lavvie bot.
I am on time pressure so I need to have these delivered by the end of next week maximum.
