Lavvibot wont connect to WIFI

Hi!

I require your help regarding a problem I’m encountering.

Description: recently purchased a Lavviebot and noticed that there are issues with the wifi connection. The initial set up had no issue, but whenever there is a reset, lavviebot will not be able to reconnect to the WIFI even though i tried pressing the wifi button or reset again. Last time i waited for a bit and it magically re-connected, but this time it doesnt work,.

Software concerned: purrsong 1.5.0

Troubleshooting steps already taken: tried resetting various times and pressing the wifi button

Please provide us with the order number or a copy of the invoice.

What is the status of WIFI LED light of LavvieBot?

We will also need the serial number of the robot, you can find it on the back of the cover.
