The lavvi bot waste draw no longer detects when it is full. We have determined that one of the two sensors is not working and so now light wont turn on. is there a way to replace the sensor.

We are sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your LavvieBot.
Please provide us with your order number of a copy of the invoice.
We will also need you to clean the 2 circuit boards of the sensors using isopropyl alcohol and check if they’ll work after that or not.

we cleaned both the circuit boards and there was no improvement. Order number is 1030682.

In this case, the sensor will need to be replaced.
Your robot is out of warranty so you will need to order a new sensor assembly.
