Large humanoid legs

Hi I am an electronic engineer and I want to build my own Humanoid robot (legs only about 1 m long) and i want it to support a human in it so i’m starting with the legs I want to have a 6 degree of freedom in each leg .

I built my prototybe using hoppy servos so now I’m trying to find a motor to use in my knew robot and It would be great if it can be controlled via microcontroller so I would love to have you help in which motors I should use i’m talkin about a 300 Nm torque with the help of a gearbox

You might want to see what motors are used in powered exoskeleton suits, though there are not too many on the market.
Aside from that, check out the DARPA humanoid challenge, as those robots are legged and human sized.
