LAC does not recognise

Hi,

I have purchased P16-200-256-12-P actuonix and LAC board for my project. My project require 3 mm back and forth movement of the actuator. I have connected all the wire according to catalog. I am using 12V DC and USB cable for the power supply. However i am finding difficulty to recognse LAC board and also actuator is not moving. Wiring procedure can be found in the attached photo.

What are you using on your PC to control the actuator?
Have you tried using the LAC Software?
