Label glueing machine

Hi Everyone,

I was wondering if anyone can help me to make this machine. I’m in need of a label gluing machine and I found two companies and their prices is really high (1,800 USD) by looking at their systems it looks like it’s not that much a trouble to make one of these at home, but I’m not sure what parts and what kind of motors I can use.
