L6 shaky motion

Guys, New to L6 and am wondering why the motion seems so shaky–or is this the motion L6 gives out?.
Any tips would be appreciated. Here is a link to what is happening: L6, with RIOS with SSC32:

Thanks in advance,

That’s an older L6 arm which uses two servos in the base. If the servos are slightly misaligned, they will be trying to go to two different positions, hence a vibration. Second, it’s hard to see which servos are being used - 422HB? 645MG? Question is if they have enough torque. It looks like the motion itself is ok, except the “jitteriness”, so it’s likely not a software issue.

CBenson: Thank you for your reply, they are 422 servos. Would you suggest the more powerful servos? I do not see how to align them any differently, but any guidance would be appreciated.

A pair of 422s fits, but they can’t provide much torque. You’d see a huge difference with a pair of 645MGs. To align them, you need to disconnect them from the arm, send them the same pulse, and fix the horns so the mounting holes lined up perfectly - then re-mount them to the arm. However, now that we know which servos they are, lack of torque is likely the issue.
