Hi, I have a problem with L293D. On Vcc2 is 5V, but on JP1, JP2 is only 3V.

there is a oltage drop of usually about 1.3 or 1.5 volts from the Vcc2 on the outputs of L293d which is why it hate this IC.
You are using 5 volts on vcc2 and getting 3 volts out this maybe due to lower current 5 volt supply.
You may wanna use a bigger battery with more voltage if you are going to run motors with it.
