Is this servo programmed the same way as a normal 180-degree servo?:

Also, do kondo servos come with compatible metal servo horns?

I’m building a robotic arm in which I require approximately 270 degrees of base motion and most servos only rotate to 180. A continuous rotation servo won’t work because I need precise feedback of the servo’s position. I’ve tried the sail winch servos, although these don’t work well because the gears are plastic and they often begin rotating without write commands, similar to a continuous rotation servo. Any help is greatly appreciated!

This motor uses serial communication instead of the regular RC signals or normal hobby servo motors.
