I was wondering if it’s possible to have a knob potentiometer wired to the main signal inputs in a sabertooth dual 12a 6v-24v regenerative motor driver? I wanted to control two Rule 1200 Bilge Pump motors at the same time with a knob potentiometer.

You can use a potentiometer to control the motors, this would function as an analog input, but it has to be wired to the 5V terminal. You can find more information about this on page 5 of the manual.
