Hi everybody,
I just received my *dfrobot mini rover kit *(the smallest kit with tracks).
I assembled the robot and was pretty excited to try it. My god, I was disappointed with the quality of the tracks. They’re really stiff and hard to assemble. Once done, they are so tight that they make the poor motors work really hard to make the robot move. Also, the joints between the tracks parts (2 parts per thread) make the sprokets slip.
Does somebody know of a way to improve this?

We can immediately see that you are not using the correct wheel at the front. Please be sure to follow the assembly guide:

The front wheel is smaller primarily for appearances.
In the next revision, we’ll see if there is a way to also use a large idler wheel in front so the platform itself is level.
