Hi all,
My first post.
I’m simply trying to find out where can I purchase a Karcher RC3000 RoboCleaner in Canada (or anywhere in North America).
If they are not available, can I import one & change the voltage from the 220-240v to a 110v? If so, who whould I take the Robot-to, to have the work done?
Kind regards,

Thank you for your reply.
“In any case, no companies in North America seem to fix or do any maintenance for the Karcher”
Sorry, but not true. Karcher (Germany) gave me two companies that service this product.
"It would be safer to buy a Roomba and be sure that your robot will be covered under warranty and that it can be repaired if it becomes defective. "
Sorry, but not true. I’d gladly take a Karcher any time–without any warranty. So will anyone who knows these products.
I have purchased one directly from Germany–worth every penny.
I have purchased the Step-up/ Step-Down transformer (1000 Watt). My Karcher RC3000 is 600 Watt. (The base station).
Karcher RC3000 works like a dream and is worth every penny–it actually does what a Robotic Vacuum is supposed to do-and does it with cleanliness and ease of operation, and with no worries.
Thank you

There are currently no authorized retailers in North America for the Karcher RC3000 as stated on the manufacturers website:
*Our RC3000 Robotic Cleaner can be purchased from the following retailers. Please note that not all stores carry the same inventory, so it is best to call ahead to check for in-store availability. Some retailers also offer our products in their online stores.

It is certainly possible to buy the karcher from Amazon or ebay.
It is also possible to import the karcher and buy a step-up converter. But, in this case it would cost a lot in shipping and customs fees. It would also be important to verify the wattage of the Karcher in order to choose a step-up converter with enough wattage for the unit.
In any case, no companies in North America seem to fix or do any maintenance for the Karcher Robotic Vacuum.
It would be safer to buy a Roomba and be sure that your robot will be covered under warranty and that it can be repaired if it becomes defective.
Regards,
We are glad to hear that you purchased the robot that you wanted.
It’s great news that you can have your robot serviced if needed. No company seemed to advertise these repairs online.
We used to sell the Karcher robotic vacuum but, had a few issues with the manufacturer concerning warranty and servicing.
