I don’t know about the eyes… It looks a little bit girly Or it is a female dog?
I Think I agree. I had some time over and wanted to check the thought a bit.
Its named after my deceased pug, K3lso.
Cute pug
Maybe you can try different designs, other than two rings with white LEDs?
So problem with motor solved. They used to long screws on two positions when mounting the pcb cover. They screws hit the rotor.
If you managed to get it to rotate, it sounds like there might be damage internally? Hopefully replaced. Also sounds like there might be a batch issue on their end, so hopefully they check all existing stock.
I have now tried all motors and they seem to work fine.
stupid mistake from them. I hope they learn something.
Also got the software from them today. Some other notes is that CAD drawing they have on there site does not match the final Product (also the CAD file they sent me is wrong…)
puh.
Assuming you brought the issues to their attention. Those motors are not cheap.
Yeah I did. This is not how it should be when you buy motors for 620USD each…
So will order milling tonight for the first parts…
So we are back and having problem with the motors
First motion test and 3 of the motors I have tested sound like this:
Turning them manually doesn’t sound bad
Anyone got any ideas what causing this sounds?
So talked to tmotor again. They will send me new driver boards…
Good. Hopefully, it will work now!
I tried to flash one of the old board with there new configuration file. Same ■■■■■ I seriously wonder what the f*** they are doing.
Now I am really getting frustrated!
The sound from the first audio clip really seemed to indicate the rotor was hitting something / scraping against something internally in each rotation.
Tried with Arduino and a new can board. Still same noise turn the motor by hand does not make any bad noises.
Exchange of the motors?
I am in talks with them now about the solution…
