Just a quick render in nature
It’s fairly obvious what happened to his robot dog… it evolved and…
HAHAHAH
@cbenson @igor_X Nope I am still here
ATM I am doing alot of CAD for new BLDC version. Finding diffrent needed parts etc. wating for actuators.
I just started 3D Printing parts to confirm, Before order milling!
Side note, since your latest has NVIDIA on the side (Jeston), interesting to see them purchase ARM: https://www.engadget.com/nvidia-arm-acquisition-softbank-000846113.html
Be careful with ESD
I am always careful
The board did not fit nicely in the NX. Hopefully it will fit better in my UP Xtreme. which has a better 2280 slot
CAD is moving along.
MAX battery size will be a Tattu 22000mAh 6S* 22.2V 25C LiPO in the lower comportment.
Pun intended?
Nah no pun intended. Maybe only my bad English
So toys arrived:
Design evaluation before milling:
Working on a CAN splitter.
Going back and forth on the decision if you use a daisy chain canbus or a star-topology
Lucky you
Having major problems with 3 of 12 motors (completely unusable). That’s a bit disappointed. Haven’t got any feedback from Tmotor yet and also waiting for software so I haven’t had chance to test them yet.
So same conditions and same electronics, and 3 out of 12 don’t work? As you alluded to, normally T-Motor quality is way up there with the best… Their service is normally very good too, so not much to worry about there.
Yeah. That was my impression of tmotor also. But the conditions of the 3 motors is so bad. (means they have done zero QC) if they have just pulled the output shaft a bit they would have catch this problem easy. Since they all makes some horrible noises!
I asked for the R-link software several times and got some other software (Sscom) Which is not working with this motors.
So I don’t know if any of the 12 is working yet as I can’t test them until I get software and some documentation.
And please be clear that I am not talking ■■■■ about tmotor (yet) I hope they have a good solution for to solve this problem since they are a bit pricey… but this project will be paused until I have solution.
