So this week I started Printing the robot! :slight_smile:
Using Taulman Alloy 910 for the parts that needs a bit of extra strength.
For those who have not tried it, I can really recommend this filament.

Some leg work! Adding a adjustable idler pulley for tension.

Working on the pulleys. Servo pulley is a splitted pulley which can print without support. Knee pulley is printed without any walls so no need for support. They came out very nice and printed with alloy910.

I what the tensioner to be in center. So I can adjust both Β± on the belt.

Some new parts finished printing! Yeah we are slowly getting somewhere. And yeah it will use 4 D435 cameras :slight_smile:

i see you are using Autodesk Fusion 360 for mechanical design of the robot. Did you design everything on your own, or there is a model available online?

Yeah nowadays I almost only use F360. Yes mostly my own design. But some stuff is also public and no you want find it online! :innocent: not yet at least :grinning:
