Joystick with clutch action (no spring return)

I am looking for a fairly inexpensive potentiometric joystick (small, finger operated) with two-axes that will hold position instead of returning to center. I would like to get some with different values, but what I specifically need is 100k. A wide angle and square gate would be preferred.

Anyone know where I can find something like this?

All of the joysticks we carry use small springs to automatically center. You might try removing these springs, but there would likely not be enough resistance to keep them at a desired position. Consider checking Mouser or Digikey.
