Hi guys,
I am having issues with one of my litter robots and was wondering if you could assist. The robot blinking yellow,
even after hard reset, removing bonnet, etc. the robot starts the cycle briefly and 3 seconds later stops and continues
blinking yellow. Do you have any suggestions?

To help you with the issue you are experiencing with your Litter Robot, we would need to see its behavior. Could you please send us a video showing the problem your robot is having?
We will need to see the entire robot when it is turned off, and then press the Power button so that we can observe the robot’s cycle and behavior.

thank you for your quick response. Please see link below. One thing is, the robot that is blinking yellow was purchased in Canada, but I have two older ones that I believe were purchased through you. If I need. to contact Robotshop Canada
for the third robot that is fine but the other two (blinking red) I believe came from you. I’m sending all 3 with their labels
