I require your help regarding a problem I’m encountering.
Description:
We bought our litter robot in July and it’s been working fine up until about a month ago. When our cat uses the box it doesn’t cycle and we have to manually do it by pressing the cycle button. Also the orange cycle light is constantly on.

We have reset the robot already and the issue is still there.
