Is there tension adjustment on RB-Sct-284 joystick

I see a Phillips head screw on the side of the RB-Sct-284 joystick, which looks as if it may allow for tension adjustment (force necessary to operate the joystick lever). Is it true that this joystick has that kind of tension adjustment?
