No. You can only use the Basic Atom and Atom Pro (24 or 28 pin modules) on the Bot Board II.

The AtomPro ONE module was designed/released after the BBII was already in production. The Pro ONE module is pinout compatible with the BasicStamp 1 module. Its main purpose is to be a drop in replacement for BS1.
