I stumbled across dfrobot.com and the web site looks totally different but the name is similar so I can’t tell if they are connected. Thanks!
It’s easier to guess where the name “DFRobotShop” came from when you look at the logo on the first page here: robotshop.com/media/files/pd … -guide.pdf
The DFRobotShop Rover (and various kits and components) were created as a joint effort between DFRobot and RobotShop. RobotShop has exclusivity.
This also explains why both www.dfrobot.com are on the PCB.
