I have a Irobot scooba model 390, it has a brand new battery, been cleaned, bumper was taken off, it wasn’t dirty, power button was checked for dampness, none was present but it will not work, battery has been charged
I have a Irobot scooba floor scrubing machine model 390’ I have done everything that has been posted as suggestions to fix the problem, it has a new battery, it’s been charged. The machine has been totally cleaned which it really didn’t need. I took the bumper off to clean, no dirt or dampness. I cleaned the first button( start button) it was not dirty or wet.cleaned all filters,brushes, wheels, etc. At first all the lights and displays would come on, service, bucket,filters etc. and stay on for apx 2 seconds then repeat over and over. Now after I plugged it back in, the start button light is a solid green while it is plugged in, but when you press the clean button nothing happens but all the lights start coming on. And it will not work, even though it has been charged, when you unplug it the start light turns orange/red and clean button is solid green bucket light comes on, then the filter light comes on,and the one with the X comes on, they only stay on for about 2 seconds, then it goes blank for maybe half of a second, then it just keeps repeating it over and over.I was told by one repair guy I needed a new motherboard, but he is the one that told me to do all the other things that didn’t work. Can you help me to get this fixed I really need it repaired, I’m not physically able to do the floors, and I can’t afford to buy a new one. Thanks Linda
