We assume that you are asking about the RB-Dfr-553?
If so, then we have no details about a focal length. Please note there is also no public datasheet for this sensor. That being said, there also seems to be no lens system in this sensor (direct exposure of the sensor through a light filter).
The manufacturer mentions a FOV of 33 degrees x 23 degrees (horizontal x vertical) with a resolution of 128 x 96 pixels. There are no details on the physical size of the 2D array of the image sensor.
The technology is indeed very similar to what is used in the Pixart Wiimote IR camera and is meant to be a replacement for it in robotics project.
