IR Tracking Camera and connecting to Arduino Uno

Hello! I’m interested in replacing my WiiMote with this as I just need the IR tracking. I am wondering how to proceed. Right now, I use an IR LED to track with the Wiimote IR camera, and send the XY location into Max/MSP.

My two questions:

Can this be used with an Arduino Uno? (I have an older one.) I do not see SDA and SCL on my Arduino, which the diagram uses for connections.

How difficult is it to get the information to Max?

Google was my friend, for anyone reading this: on old Arduino Uno the SDA and SCL are A4 (SDA), A5 (SCL). On the one that I just received, there are of course labeled SDA and SCL.
