IR sensor issues on Start-Here-Bot

readadc 0, b0 'read input-0, saveto b0

debug

goto main

debug says b0 is saving/reading @ 163-164 regardless of distance from object - please help me troubleshoot this. Reads 193-194 if sensor is unplugged. Tophats on analogue inputs-1 through 3.
