Hello!
My name is Brian and my nickname is Squirrel. I am pretty established in the surface side of RC where I run my own successful forum, do reviews and beta tests for companies, and have done numerous conversion and other projects. I like to teach people about the hobby of remote control and my videos on youtube do just that.
I spent many years as a kid programming and writing various programs. I then was 1 semester away from my ASEE when I dropped out. I was a tech in the US Navy for 9 years and developed other skill sets that I thought would better suite me and make me more successful. I then swapped majors and finished my BS in Business Management with a major in HR and Management.
Im here because I am looking to get into the robotics side of RC. Im looking at a couple of the Lynx Motion kits and would definitely like to have some of the advice and guidance from what I call experts here. In turn, I would like to write a few how to’s as I learn for this site and my own. This way it is easier for the next new guy.
I like the Phoenix, and once I have mastered that, I would like to turn it into something else.
