I connected the Arduino Expansion Shield for Raspberry Pi B+/2/3to a Windows 10 PCB the USB was not recognized . I then connected it to a Raspberry PI 3 and it was recognized. Reconnecting to the PC it was recognized and I was able to program it. Back to the Raspberry PI, No connection detected. Now neither the Raspberry Pi nor the PC can recognize USB connection to the device.

Hey,

We assume you are talking about the RB-Dfr-613? If so, did you have a look at the manufacturer’s Wiki concerning the product? It contains some info on getting started with the product (setup and such) and also a FAQ.

From what we understand, the board’S USB port is meant to provide access to the Raspberry Pi to a computer when it is installed on the RPi as a hat.

If the steps in the Wiki do not work for you, it may be best to request assistance directly from the manufacturer. You can do so here.

Sincerely,
