Hello RobotShop Community,

I am an IT admin at a school site and was refered to ask my question here. I hope that this is the correct place…
The school that I work for has the PLTW program grant, and as such we have found and been able to install everything that is listed there with the exception of FlowArm.
We visit pltw.org/pltw-software and under the Computer Integrated Manufacturing section there is the FlowArm PLTW link. We follow those instructions, however it seems like no one knows whose account was used to acquire the software, therefore we are unable to download the software and and keys if needed. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

We can certainly help you determine which account to use. Since this process will involve sharing private information, we will require you to open a ticket through our support center. You can do so here.

Make sure to provide the following information:

]Any other information that will help us identify the account, such as the typical email address use for PO / Accounts payable, school name, etc./:m]
