Insights to making a boxing robot?

First of all, I would like to introduce myself as a total beginner that has no experiences in robotics.
I saw this video the other day (link on top), and I was inspired to make an awesome project like that! Could you all direct me in a good general direction?
For example: to make this project you must use arduino boards, buy kits from those store, 3d print your own materials, etc.
I have done only about 2.5 hours of research, and all I have seen is arduino robotic arms, could you guys point me in a general direction of what to do?

Hi Acyy,

This might be more tricky then what it look like.
You will need actuators that can actually move very fast and mechanical system to avoid breaking them.

Once that’s done you can control those actuators / mechanical assembly with an arduino with a random or pre-defined sequence.
Maybe even use the SSC-32U and free sequencer if the actuators are R/C compatible.
