The inside blue light is always on. Is that normal ? And what’s the use of this light?

We are sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your Litter-Robot.
This is called the nightlight feature and it should only be on if the robot is placed in a room that doesn’t have enough light inside it.
This is to help you and your cat see the inside of the globe.
