Hi does anyone know if the EZ-robot Ez-bv4 controller is compatible with Feetech SCS serial bus servos?

Welcome to RobotShop community.
This servo motor has a minimum operating voltage of 6 volts while the controller has 5 volt for the servo pins so it doesn’t seem that it would work.
However, it’s best to confirm that with the manufacturer of the controller:
