I am a engineering student and i am perfect newbie on this forum and in robotics.
I am looking for much information as you can on this lynxmotion grip :
The mounting is perpendicular to the gripper - you can use a normal servo or find another way to attach it to your robot.
The gripper can open up to 1.875". When fully open, the gripper length is ~2.95" (75mm) and the jaw open for ~1.875" (48mm). Closed gripper length is ~3.54" (90mm).
Roughly 0.15 pounds.
If you can tell us a bit more about what you would like to do, perhaps we can suggest alternative products.
i am working on a robotic project (articulated arm) and i want to drag and drop cylindrical object (30 mm diameter and about 50 g weight). I am just looking for the smallest gripper (90 mm length is limit) as possible in a reasonnable price (under 60 €). Others solutions are welcome of course !
i already have a look at them. It’s quite interesting but I am still looking for something smaller/lighter if it’s possible. If someone knows please say ! (even from another mark or with another components to achieve the handling part)
