I need to design a robotic arm that uses vaccum to hold the label until it is placed into the mold then releasing the vaccum to leave the label into the mold in its correct place.
The movements of the robotic arm from outside the machine to the inside is done by the use of a long pneumatic cylinder and rail guides.
Q1 Does any of the softwares available can serve to control the motions of pneumatic cylinder and controling other digital ON/OFF signals for vaccum solenoid valves and other motion valves in addition to the control of the robotic arm itself?
Q2 I will not need the gripper used for A5 and a6 , but in some application i will need to have instead a rotary axis with motion of ( 360 degrees),please advise!!!
Q3 If I want to ship the selected parts to Cairo, Egypt , what would be the charge for shipping and duration ?
