In Mold Labeling_2

Hi Everybody

I’m looking for a robot arm with a sufficient length to be used for the " In-Mold Labeling"
i.e. picks up labels (one by one) from a label magazine ,hold it by the use of vaccum, apply electrostatic charge to the label ,places it in the proper position in the die ,the label will be attracted electrostatically to the die, and finally return back to take a new label and so on.

Is it possible to build such a robot arm by the use of kits available? and what are your reccommendations?

Hany

I’ll answer to this post, and you probably should delete your other duplicate post. You need to supply more information, such as what is a “sufficient length”. One inch, ten inches, one hundred inches?. You probably need to look into a “pick and place” arm type of setup. It might be simpler than the usual robot arm. It just depends on your particular needs and expectations.
